Westhill is a rapidly-developing, self-contained town about 5 miles from the city centre with a current population of some 9,500.  The town has 3 primary schools and a secondary school and is on the ISA bus route. There is a small shopping centre, within the residential a supermarket, take-away restaurants and a range of local shops. There are also several hotels with restaurants in the vicinity.
In the new commercial development to the south of the town, there are 2 large supermarkets and more office and commercial buildings are currently being built, providing job opportunities in the area. |
