Kingswells

This small village 3 miles west of Aberdeen city centre comprises newly built quality housing in a range of sizes. Kingswells has proved a very popular area for many incomers to Aberdeen and is quite a thriving community. The village possesses a large primary school, and secondary education is provided by Bankhead Academy. The area is also on the International School bus route. At present there is only a small shopping/community centre, but there are plans for the development of more extensive facilities. In the meantime, the village is within easy reach of Aberdeen and all the amenities of the city.

The houses and gardens in Kingswells tend to be larger than those available at a similar price in Aberdeen, and the wide streets are more child-friendly.
